Enrollment Agreement

Enrollment and Billing

Our SaveRx Plan service fee is based on the number of prescriptions in your household enrolled with us:

 

Prescriptions in household & Monthly total.

First prescription program enrolled is $85/mo. For each additional added prescription, the monthly fee reduces by $5/per prescription. If one household enrolls in 5 prescriptions the average price will be $65 per prescription/mo. If more than 5 prescription programs are enrolled, every subsequent fee will be $65. 1 = $85/mo, 2 = $160/mo, 3 = $225/mo, 4 = $280/mo & 5 = $325/mo. For any other ScriptAssist plan, your fee is the amount presented at checkout.

 

How billing works

Your first payment is charged when you complete enrollment at checkout, after we have confirmed a savings opportunity for at least one of your medications. Your payment method is then charged automatically each month on your billing date until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; ScriptAssist does not store your card number. If you add or remove prescriptions from our service, your monthly fee will be adjusted accordingly, and we will notify you before the new amount is billed.

 

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by providing at least 30 days' notice. Contact us at support@goscriptassist.com or 1-800-686-8857. Following your notice, you will be billed for one final billing cycle, and your service, including program management and renewals, continues through the end of that paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded, except as provided in our Terms of Service.
