In order to evaluate eligibility and assist with enrollment, renewals, and support services, we may collect information such as:

- health insurance and prescription coverage details

ScriptAssist may use your information to:
- evaluate your eligibility for prescription assistance, copay support, and related affordability programs

- communicate with you about your case, missing documents, program updates, and service matters
- communicate with manufacturers, assistance programs, pharmacies, healthcare providers, clinics, or other parties involved in processing your application or supporting your medication access
- verify information you provide when needed to complete services on your behalf
- process payment for ScriptAssist services
- improve our operations, customer support, and service experience
- comply with legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations
How We May Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal health information.
We may share your information, as reasonably necessary to provide our services, with:
- pharmaceutical manufacturers and patient assistance or copay support programs
- prescribing physicians, clinics, care teams, or their staff
- pharmacies or dispensing partners
- insurance-related entities when needed to support program coordination
- trusted vendors or service providers who help us operate our business, maintain systems, process documents, communicate with clients, or provide administrative support
- legal, regulatory, or governmental authorities when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or operations
We only share information we believe is reasonably necessary to carry out the service you have asked us to provide or as otherwise required or permitted by law.
Authorization and Consent
By using ScriptAssist’s services and providing your information, you acknowledge that ScriptAssist may use and share your information as described in this Notice and as reasonably necessary to assist with medication access, affordability support, enrollment, renewals, follow-up, and related services. Where appropriate, ScriptAssist may also ask you to sign a separate authorization, consent, or release form allowing us to communicate with specific providers, programs, caregivers, or other third parties on your behalf.
Text, Email, and Phone Communications
ScriptAssist may contact you by phone, voicemail, text message, email, or mail regarding your account, service updates, missing documentation, payment issues, enrollment status, renewal reminders, or other case-related matters. By providing your contact information, you authorize ScriptAssist to contact you for these purposes. Standard message and data rates may apply for text messages depending on your carrier and plan. If you prefer that we communicate with you in a particular way, you may contact us and we will try to accommodate reasonable requests.
Information Security
ScriptAssist uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. Sensitive information is encrypted as part of our effort to protect your privacy and maintain secure handling of the data entrusted to us. While no system of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, ScriptAssist takes data protection seriously and uses commercially reasonable measures designed to safeguard the information we collect and maintain.
Retention of Information
We may retain your information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business and tax records. Please note that if you limit or withdraw certain permissions, ScriptAssist may be unable to continue providing some or all services.
